Concerned Residents of SCF Update Week of 5/23/2022

  • Thanks again to everyone who sent Consumer Complaints into the AZ Attorney General’s office. The AZ Attorney Generals office has responded to some of the complaints with Pulte's reply to the complaint. Pulte's reply to the complaint is described as a denial of all grievances and further points out all SCF Home Purchasers signed legal papers absolving Pulte of any broken promises.

  • Pulte's response did not explain why they continued to advertise, both verbally and in marketing materials, the further development of recreational centers and golf courses when they knew the build out of amenities was finished.

  • People must respond to the AZ Attorney General's office requesting more than a denial and use of fine print used by lawyers to cover for corporations.

  • We will continue to seek answers to Pulte’s fraudulent claims as individuals and hope that the AG will take on our collective questioning as a case against Pulte.
