The Arizona State Attorney General's office has acknowledged receipt of our complaint against Pulte for advertising 36 or 45 holes of golf when they knew in 2017 they were not going to add any additional holes beyond our current 27. They have notified Pulte of our complaint. Pulte acknowledged receiving the complaint at the annual meeting.

The concern of our committee is that Pulte's defense will be that this is a one-off, or a salesperson not acting within guidelines.

We need your help to disprove that potential defense. If you have any Sun City Festival promotional materials, given to you by the sales office, that says there will be 36 or 45 holes of golf, please provide the committee with a copy of your material.

Any information you provide will only be shared with the AG's office.

Please add, to the material, the date your home was purchased, your salesperson and your contact information. Again, this information will not be shared, except with the AG.

You may scan the documents and send it to our email address, or drop it by the Wagner Pickleball courts on Monday February 7, from 10:00AM to 12:00 Noon during our picketing signups.

If neither of the two options is possible, please send an email to the address above with your contact information so arrangements can be made.

Thanks for your support.
